- Full-time, remote position (U.S. only; no sponsorship available)

- Work-from-home role with required tech setup (wired Ethernet, 100 Mbps/30 Mbps minimum internet, quiet home office, compatible device for security access)
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound/outbound calls from credit union members to resolve account issues and financial inquiries
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and empathy
- Build strong rapport, de-escalate issues, and provide accurate solutions
- Use multiple systems and applications to manage account activity and transactions
- Meet performance goals while mentoring new agents and supporting team success
- Escalate service issues when needed and contribute to continuous improvement
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience (or 1+ year call center preferred)
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong computer skills (Windows/PC, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills with proven listening, questioning, and call control abilities
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload
- Dependable with a strong attendance record
