Schedule

  • Fully remote within the U.S.
  • Upcoming training starts: October 27, 2025
  • Second shift schedules available
  • Pay: $17.87/hr + bonus, with an additional $1.00/hr for bilingual reps

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve member account issues and financial inquiries
  • Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service on every call
  • Identify and escalate issues that may disrupt service quality
  • Respond to inquiries across product types using multiple applications
  • Mentor newer agents and support peers with guidance
  • Maintain minimum performance standards for key metrics
  • Communicate trends and training opportunities to management
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, Mastercard/Visa requirements, and company policies

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or 1+ year in a call center preferred
  • Proficiency with PC/Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, empathy, and adaptability to change
  • Excellent communication, de-escalation, and call management skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems and meet performance goals
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed wired internet and distraction-free environment
