Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (US-based, must be hardwired internet connection)

What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound inquiries in Spanish and English for Member Services, Medicare, and Billing
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving member, provider, and patient questions
- Analyze customer issues and coordinate service recovery solutions
- Document interactions thoroughly in accordance with compliance requirements
- Collaborate with health plan and facility personnel for resolution support
- Monitor and achieve KPIs including call handling, first-call resolution, and member retention
What You Need
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of customer service or healthcare member interaction experience
- Prior call center or health insurance experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with ≤5% error rate
- Analytical and critical thinking skills for problem solving
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
