Primary Responsibilities:
- Supports strategy, priority and delivery of Home & Community strategic business and clinical initiatives
- Refine existing and build net new innovative, best-in-class clinical models
- Guide product design, developing the prioritization and documenting the refinement of business requirements with clinical and operations team
- Ensure communications continuity, provide timely and accurate project updates, and manage stakeholders during the discovery, build, and deployment phases
- Engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment
- Demonstrates deep understanding of relevant business value and/or product strategies
- Mitigates, manages, and resolves risks and issues associated with solutions delivery
- Provide expertise, and/or assistance to internal and/or external partners to ensure programs and strategies are implemented and maintained effectively through technology

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare (Payor/ Provider)
- Experience in quantitative/ qualitative analysis and synthesis
- Experience working with EMRs & Case Management solutions
- Experience with development tools, task plans, milestone charts, status reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel as well as roadmap delivery tools (like Rally, Aha!)
- Developed project management approach with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to excel in cross-functional teams and matrixed working environment
- Travel required less than 10%

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
