Schedule
- Remote (NYC-based preferred)

- Travel required: approximately 50%
- Fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional work (marketing, PR, investor relations, customer engagement, executive ops)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the CEO’s right hand, supporting strategic initiatives and daily operations
- Lead business development efforts by identifying and building strategic partnerships
- Research new opportunities, support due diligence, and assist with partner negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage ongoing partnerships
- Track and analyze performance metrics tied to partnerships and sales
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, communications, and daily logistics
- Draft professional correspondence and capture detailed meeting notes
- Provide administrative and personal support, including errands and task management
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Prepare and maintain project documents, including timelines, presentations, and reports
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives
- Improve and streamline processes for partner coordination and event execution
- Handle follow-ups and logistics for meetings, events, and partner engagements
- Create and share event materials such as briefings, schedules, and wrap-up reports
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in business development, executive support, or a similar role
- Experience managing multiple projects and supporting senior executives
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving instincts
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Tech-savvy and social-media aware with a sharp eye for brand voice
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
- NYC-based (preferred)
- Background in startups, tech, or mission-driven organizations (preferred)
