BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, the Social Media Marketing Admin will report to the Marketing Brand Specialist. Serving as an administrative partner to the Marketing Strategy team the SMMA will help to, implement, facilitate, optimize, and track annual marketing plans and strategies; to improve KPI’s, market position and develop paths for growth, including acquisition, animation & retention. The SMMA should be a innovate thinker creating engaging content with a passion for social media.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties, Skills, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Schedule and post daily social media content
  • Maintain the organization social media calendar in real time
  • Responsible for community management addressing all messages, comments, tagged photos, mentions, and any other questions or concerns in a timely manner to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Facilitating and communicating operational deliverables i.e. segmentation and targeting data, redemption processes, SOPs, SLAs, grooming of content libraries, product tagging and social operational support, trafficking emails
  • Collaborate with Manager on content ideas that support ongoing brand goals and marketing campaigns, current social media trends and ongoing performance insights
  • Stay current with all social platform’s operations ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including brand and creative to execute behind-the-scenes social content
  • Utilize analytics platforms and survey competitive landscape to share insights and trends in real-time
  • Prepare, interpret, and present monthly reports on social media KPIs, benchmarks, and campaign performance, turning into actionable insights
  • Able to participate in and leading creative and strategic workflows
  • Coordinate social media contests and giveaways with internal and external partners

Maintain appropriate physical and mental health required to perform the essential functions of position

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years versatile platform experience
  • Minimum 1 year verified remote work experience
  • Ability to connect with key influencers
  • B2B marketing experience a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
  • Ability to work independently or team as required by the task or project
  • Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional conduct

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 years equivalent work experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Position is fully remote to the US only
  • Ability to accommodate multiple time-zones with primary ET (EST/EDT)
  • Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet
  • Frequent video conference/email/chat

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Maintaining a stationary position for up to 50% of the workday
  • Consistently operate a computer and other productivity equipment including keyboard, webcam and document scanner
  • Clarity of vision of 30 or less
  • Ability to perceive sound in the capacity of oral communication
  • Exertion of up to 10lbs. of force as related to lift or move of objects
