Schedule

  • Contract role (1099)
  • Remote, U.S. only
  • Minimum 20 hours per week
  • Must be able to support high-touch, deliverable-focused clients

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients
  • Define target audiences, grow brand awareness, and increase engagement
  • Create and manage content and graphics tailored to client voice and brand
  • Measure, analyze, and report KPIs and campaign success
  • Suggest content optimization and strategic improvements based on analytics
  • Monitor SEO, website traffic, and engagement metrics
  • Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging technologies
  • Utilize social media management tools for scheduling and analytics
  • Design visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
  • Problem-solve and adjust strategies based on client needs
  • Maintain clear, professional, and grammatically correct communication
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Handle other social media-related tasks as requested

Requirements

  • Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work
  • 5+ years of proven social media management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a virtual role
  • Strong strategic, creative, and communication skills
  • Experience with managing high-level client relationships

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency across all major social media platforms
  • Experience with scheduling, project management, and CRM tools
  • Strong command of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management tools
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent graphic tools
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple deliverables
