- $15.00–$17.00/hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product and service information via online and social channels
- Respond to online reviews using documented criteria and thresholds
- Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating in each client’s voice
- Research and answer customer questions in Q&A sections of merchant sites
- Maintain a library of approved responses for consistent engagement
- Monitor social trends and escalate high-priority issues
- Track, measure, and report interaction success metrics
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Minimum Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience in customer service or customer-focused roles
- Familiarity with social media and e-commerce platforms (professional and personal)
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft tailored consumer responses
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills
- Positive, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience in online reputation management or social listening tools
- Knowledge of brand voice development and customer engagement strategies
