Schedule
- Remote position (US-based only)
- 20–40 hours per week

What You’ll Do
- Upload, curate, and manage multimedia content across social platforms
- Track engagement, audience insights, and competitor trends
- Develop and maintain content calendars and campaign schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and promotional initiatives
- Moderate community interactions, feedback, and reviews
- Research influencers and strategic partnerships
- Write captions, descriptions, and other post copy
- Support the implementation of social media ad campaigns
- Assist with general admin and ad hoc tasks
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in marketing/business
- 2+ years of social media or related experience
- Strong written and verbal English (B2+ level)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, or similar
- A portfolio showcasing creative work across campaigns/projects
- Solid understanding of layouts, typography, and design fundamentals
- Technical setup: headset with noise cancellation, webcam, reliable computer (1.8 GHz/4GB RAM), and stable internet (25 Mbps main / 10 Mbps backup)
