Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based)
- Paid weekly with bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
- Sort and analyze large Excel data sets to identify target accounts for settlement negotiations
- Negotiate settlements with creditors, collection agencies, and debt buyers on behalf of clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creditor contacts
- Track and organize creditor communications and negotiation outcomes for future use
- Calculate settlement payment options based on client budgets
- Manage ongoing negotiations, follow-ups, and account organization
- Communicate with creditors via phone, email, and fax to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records and updates for client accounts
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in negotiations, collections, customer service, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
- Ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret data in graphs
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Debt Pay Pro software experience a plus
