Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Consistent schedule with weekly pay and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and schedule settlement payments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creditors, collection agencies, and debt buyers.
  • Analyze and sort large data sets in Excel to identify optimal accounts for negotiation.
  • Track and organize creditor contacts, settlements, and results for future reference.
  • Calculate settlement payment options based on client budgets.
  • Communicate with creditors via phone, email, and fax to reach agreements.
  • Monitor and follow up on active negotiations to ensure accuracy and completion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; BA preferred or equivalent experience/training.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer support, debt resolution, or collections (preferred).
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Debt Pay Pro experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and over the phone.
  • Basic math skills to compute rates, ratios, and settlement figures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
