Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Reports to Strategic Account Service Support Team Manager
  • Requires availability for daily follow-ups, reporting, and customer requests

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and process customer service requests via phone, email, or portal
  • Create service requests in Oracle ACE or Genesys
  • Review daily reports for open or on-hold requests and follow through to resolution
  • Act as primary contact for select national account customers in the U.S. (and assist Canada)
  • Coordinate inspections, service calls, parts deliveries, and related communication
  • Process quotes, proposals, and contracts as needed
  • Track and report on account activity, late inspections, and open issues
  • Escalate issues or forward calls to Senior Coordinators as required

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage detailed workflows

Preferred

  • Experience with Oracle ACE, SharePoint, and third-party service systems
