This job contributes to Starbucks success by supporting complex processes specific to Accounts Payable and Procurement. The service delivery representative lead will be a subject matter expert in multiple key disciplines, including disbursements, complex invoice processing, supplier data, item setup and purchasing transactions. This lead will also employ strong cross workstream knowledge, understanding the Procure to Pay end-to-end process flows.

As a service delivery representative lead, you will…

Support the completion of complex defined processes related to supplier records, item setups, purchasing and invoicing transactions
Consult with customers to address specific needs (related to established processes)
Have strong cross workstream knowledge to understand end-to-end process flows in the Source2Pay space, with subject matter expertise in multiple focuses
Execute data transactions and maintenance in all areas supported with in ERPs (supplier, purchasing and invoicing transitions relating to mergers, acquisitions, and divestures
Effectively communicate to all levels of business and knowledge levels related to S2P activities
Support the implementation of new programs, process improvements, and new lines of business by leveraging expertise in Source2Pay space
Surface pain points and roadblocks to leaders to help drive process improvements
We’d love to hear from people with:

· Education (minimum education level, degree or certification necessary):
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of experience in a supply chain or related business role OR a High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a sourcing, supply chain, accounting or related business role.

Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and analysis skills
Effective customer service skills
Flexible and adaptable working in a change/growth environment
Effectively organize large volumes of data
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Functional knowledge and understanding of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) 2-3 years’ experience
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities

The pay range for this role may be more narrow, depending on where the work is performed.
