Schedule

  • Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00 am – 8:30 pm MST
  • 8.5-hour daily shifts
  • Full-time, remote role (laptop provided)

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from prescribers and members.
  • Use multiple software systems to create prescription cases and determine coverage, determinations, and appeals.
  • Communicate resolutions clearly via phone or written correspondence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client application discrepancies.
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving client guidance and government timelines.
  • Meet productivity, turnaround time, and quality standards.
  • Document interactions accurately across systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior call center experience, ideally with multi-screen navigation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and dual monitors.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High-speed internet and quiet remote workspace (workspace audit required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of business experience in problem resolution, business writing, or customer service.
  • 6+ months of PBM/pharmaceutical experience highly desired.
  • 1+ years of healthcare or call center background.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
