Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Remote with occasional office travel (must live within 50 miles of assigned office in CT, GA, or MA)
  • East Coast hours required

What You’ll Do

  • Review payroll and contribution files for defined contribution plans
  • Respond to participant inquiries and resolve service issues
  • Process transactions, including rollovers and loan repayments
  • Reconcile trust accounting/recordkeeping systems
  • Participate in conference calls and root cause problem-solving sessions

What You Need

  • 3+ years of defined contribution client service experience
  • Proficiency with OMNI 5.2/7.4 platform systems
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
