Schedule
- Full-time position
- Remote with occasional office travel (must live within 50 miles of assigned office in CT, GA, or MA)
- East Coast hours required
What You’ll Do
- Review payroll and contribution files for defined contribution plans
- Respond to participant inquiries and resolve service issues
- Process transactions, including rollovers and loan repayments
- Reconcile trust accounting/recordkeeping systems
- Participate in conference calls and root cause problem-solving sessions
What You Need
- 3+ years of defined contribution client service experience
- Proficiency with OMNI 5.2/7.4 platform systems
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Salary range: $33,770 – $56,270 USD (based on experience and location)
