TRM Labs is hiring a Senior Billing Specialist to play a key role in scaling its revenue operations infrastructure. As a blockchain intelligence company combating global financial crime, TRM is growing fast and needs someone who can bring precision, speed, and scalability to billing and collections. This role sits within the high-performing Accounting & Finance team and partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, FP&A, and Legal.

What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end billing and invoicing process across customer accounts
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure contracts and billing align with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
- Drive collections efforts, resolving disputes and improving payment cycles
- Identify and implement process automation and scalability improvements
- Support audit readiness with accurate documentation and internal controls
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal on contract reviews to determine proper billing schedules and revenue treatment
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or fintech
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of billing systems, invoicing workflows, and collections best practices
- Hands-on experience with platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and aligning invoicing practices to standards
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication ability
- Experience working with government and public sector clients is a plus
