What impact you’ll make:

The Aero Portfolio Customer Service Leader will serve as the dedicated liaison between internal/external organizations and be assigned to lead managing the TVA Aero Contractual Service Agreement (MYA) account portfolio, own the customer relationship, care for customer operations wing to wing, and directly contribute to the overall P&L ITR business strategy.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is:119,600.-165,400. USD / The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% (variable Incentive performance) bonus. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. This position will stay open on the career website until at least FEB 26th 2025
