- Fully remote, US-based role
- Full-time, day shift
- Pay range: $23.90 – $38.30/hour (based on qualifications and experience)
- Signing bonus available for qualified new hires
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to 6–10 leaders, including SVP and VP-level executives
- Manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and handle daily priorities
- Prepare payroll/time management reports, expense reports, and internal control documents
- Coordinate and prepare travel, meetings, and presentations
- Handle department functions including budgeting, vendors, supplies, and onboarding new hires
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership (healthcare background preferred)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
