What You’ll Do
- Support do-it-yourself tax clients via chat, video, and screen sharing
- Answer federal and state tax questions with accuracy and empathy
- Guide clients through online tax preparation tools
- Research tax laws to provide clear, updated information
- Document interactions and deliver consistent, top-tier client support
- Collaborate with a remote team to solve issues and improve client experience
What You Need
- At least 3 years of tax preparation experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Completion of Tax Knowledge Assessments I & II
- Strong written, verbal, and video communication skills
- Experience as a Tax Preparer, Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable workspace and internet connection

- Pay range: $18.41 – $27.64 per hour (based on experience and location)
