Seasonal – Retail Activations Representative

Job Description
As a Retail Activations Representative, you will receive inbound customer calls for device activation, listens to and answers customer questions, and ensures that every customer has a positive experience with Best Buy Health. We use a consultative sales approach, ensuring that our team listens closely to make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can sometimes even save a customer’s life. A successful team members will listen intently, understand customer needs, overcome objections, and be able to fully explain the benefits and value of our life-saving products and services. We’re looking for candidates who excel at problem solving, kind and direct communication, and are performance driven.

This role will be remote first. The person who fills this role must be within a commutable distance to the Best Buy Health caring center in Novi MI, San Antonio TX, Reno NV.

What you’ll do

• Respond to high volume of inbound calls from retail customers, providing relevant and accurate information on products and services
• Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
• Utilize the consultative, needs-based sales process to make recommendations to the customers
• Present and sell new products and additional value added services
• Maintain performance based on goals and objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Basic qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 6 months of sales experience required
