Schedule
- Fully remote
- Seasonal assignment: December through late March (3–4 months)
- Must be able to work a Pacific Time schedule

What You’ll Do
- Source candidates for customer support roles across global markets
- Post opportunities on job boards, social platforms, and business channels
- Utilize daily trackers to report candidate progress and fulfillment metrics
- Communicate blockers to Project Managers and Recruiting leadership
- Distribute compliance documents such as NDAs, language tests, and background requirements
- Onboard candidates into People Operations after approval
- Maintain ATS folder accuracy and data integrity
- Hold regular check-ins with the Recruiting Manager to review supply chain efficiency
- Support the ongoing expansion of ModSquad’s contractor talent pool
- Represent ModSquad’s culture and values as a key recruiting ambassador
What You Need
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in call center, high-volume, RPO, or global settings
- Experience sourcing across multiple geographic markets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform in a scaling, fast-changing environment
- Comfort working collaboratively in a team-based setting
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, etc.)
- Familiarity with online tools such as Slack, Asana, Zendesk, and Google Workspace
- Global awareness and cultural adaptability
