What you’ll do
- Investigate & document root causes for replacement orders.
- Proofread/edit design files; prep print-ready assets to meet quality & productivity SLAs.
- Communicate with customers via email to redesign/replace orders.
- Troubleshoot technical/design/print issues in a production environment.
- Coordinate with print facilities and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
What you’ll need
- Excellent written & verbal communication; strong critical thinking.
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro (InDesign/Lightroom a plus).
- G-Suite experience; comfort working quickly with high attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, flexible, coachable; thrives in fast pace; learns remote tools/processes quickly.

Compensation (by geo band)
- Band 1 (CA, DC, NY): $21.00/hr
- Band 2 (CO, IL, NJ, OR, TX, VA, WA): $20.00/hr
- Band 3 (AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, OK, TN, UT, WI): $19.00/hr
