Schedule
- Seasonal, full-time role (remote)
- Must be available throughout the season with open schedule flexibility
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to gather customer opinions through scripted surveys
- Provide scripted information and document responses accurately
- Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Ensure a professional, customer-friendly experience on every call
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency (able to toggle between systems)
- PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Mac, Chromebook, tablet, or smartphone not accepted)
- Hard-wired high-speed internet (min 10 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload)
- 2 dedicated monitors (13″ or larger)
- VoIP USB headset with mic and webcam for training
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
