Schedule
- Seasonal role: October through December 2025
- Fully remote, must reside in one of the eligible states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
- Flexible/variable hours required based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical and financial tasks submitted by Customer Service representatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Rendering, and Data teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Use Minted’s OMS, back-office systems, and Salesforce to identify trends and escalate issues to leadership
- Assist in root-cause analysis of recurring customer problems and help develop solutions
- Support process improvements that enhance the customer experience and streamline workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer service or contact center role, ideally handling technical issues
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce experience is a plus
Compensation
- Geo Base Salary Range 2 (CO, IL, NJ, OR, TX, VA, WA): $19.19/hour
- Geo Base Salary Range 3 (AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, OK, TN, UT, WI): $17.61/hour
