The HR Service Representative for the Data Team is responsible for data corrections, analysis and tracking of Core HR, Benefits and Leave Plan data. Supports projects such as the implementation of new plans/functions or projects related to the HRIS system, including release, regression, and implementation testing. Works closely with HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and Technology partners.

Responsibilities:

Accurately correct Core HR, Benefit and Leave Plan data in multiple HRIS systems including Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft
Manage pay entry and pay discrepancies with temporary assignment pay for enterprise
Accurately administer transactional entry and/or corrections of US leave plans such as plan payouts and absence errors
Partner with functional teams including Payroll, Technology, HR, Compensation and Benefits to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Complete and resolve benefits administration audits and tasks related to associate and dependent eligibility
Train members of team on Data Team processes & participate in onboarding new team members.
Perform system regression, functionality, and scenario-based testing during upgrades, releases and implementation of new programs or system functions
Make recommendations to improve processes and procedures to ensure consistency
Attend training and keep current with system upgrades and share knowledge with team members
Coordinate testing results with appropriate partners by providing and following up on defects
Provide guidance to business partners on Core HR transactional best practices
Support business with annual or special projects by entering and validating transactions accurately and timely
Support service coordination team by answering benefit and payroll questions during peak call volume
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Document all transactions and calls in HR Direct call tracking system
Qualifications

1-2+ years of relevant work experience preferred’
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft (Kronos); Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and OneNote
Ability to work independently while being able to focus and minimize distractions
Communicate effectively with leadership, team, and business partners
Strong attention to detail, follow up and organization skills
Efficient with time management
Possesses an interest and aptitude for the use of technology
Desire to research and resolve complex transactional based scenarios
Demonstrated successful teamwork/collaboration within and across teams
Acute sense of urgency and accuracy while being able to set and manage shifting priorities
