THE ROLE

In preparation of one of the busiest times of the year for the retail industry, Mack Weldon is looking to bring on a part-time Seasonal Customer Experience Associate to support our CX team. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be directly responsible for making customers feel great about trying and wearing Mack Weldon products. We believe going above and beyond creates positive lasting relationships; this is more than customer service. We believe each conversation with customers is a chance to impress and give them something to talk about.

This role is a part-time remote role offering approximately 20-29 hours/week and has a pay rate of $18/hour. This is a seasonal position that will start November 7th, 2022 and run through January 7th, 2023; employee will be a 1099 independent contractor. This role is expected to be available to work on weekends and some holidays.
