Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- 40 hours per week
- Operating hours:
- Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- Availability for a permanent Saturday shift required
What You’ll Do
- Contact veterinary clinics to support prescription request responses
- Provide first-level order support for clinics and retail partners
- Troubleshoot basic web order issues and clarify processes
- Escalate unresolved issues when needed
- Process nutrition prescription approvals via fax, WRX, or verbal communication
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year call center experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues independently or escalate when necessary
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Preferred: veterinary experience, bilingual Spanish, or CMSS certification
