Staffing Coordinator role will be responsible for assignment of staff to scoring projects based on project needs. This includes working with project teams to identify their staffing needs and coordinating with Human Resources to identify and assign potential candidates to the available positions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect Staffing requirements from Project Teams
  • Assign candidates to requisitions
  • Respond promptly to new staffing needs based on changes to the projects and employee availability
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Contribute to continuous process development and improvement
  • Provide complete documentation of issues handled
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Collect feedback regarding employee performance at the end of the project

Education, skills, and knowledge

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college or technical training preferred; or a combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word are required
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) are required along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Be able to take feedback, revise, and resubmit work if necessary
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks to meet project need

Work Environment

  • Core work hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday. During temporary peak season, must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours.
  • This is a remote position. Potential candidates must have fast internet connection and the ability to work effectively from home.
  • Please note that this is a temporary position that will go for 6 months.

The position is open to applicants in any state, and hourly rates, while generally between $15 to $17 /hr may vary depending on a location’s minimum wage. The anticipated starting hourly wage for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $15/hr. This position is not eligible to participate in an incentive program.
