Schedule
- Full-time (part-time roles may also be available)

What You’ll Do
- Schedule dental appointments for new and existing patients as the first point of contact
- Answer inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment
- Listen empathetically, assess needs, and use trained customer service and sales techniques to secure appointment acceptance
- Maintain patient-focused service while working toward individual and call center goals
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by Call Center Leadership
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred)
- Comfort handling high call volume and working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Cable/Fiber internet required, hardwired within 6 feet of router (no WiFi/cellular/hotspot)
- Minimum internet speed: 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- Quiet, HIPAA-compliant private workspace
- Spanish-English bilingual is a plus (and can come with additional compensation for designated roles)
