Schedule
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Remote (must have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace)
- Must have evening and weekend availability
- Virtual training provided
- Must have cable/fiber internet, hardwired, minimum 100 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment
- Schedule appointments for new and returning patients
- Serve as the first point of contact, explaining Aspen Dental services and answering questions
- Use customer service and soft sales techniques to guide patients toward booking
- Listen with empathy, respond to concerns professionally, and maintain high appointment acceptance rates
- Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professionally fluent in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools
- Reliable hardwired internet connection (no WiFi, hotspots, or satellite)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace appropriate for HIPAA compliance
- Goal-oriented, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
