Lexia is seeking a Salesforce Product Coordinator to join our Business Systems team! The ideal candidate is excited about collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements, assisting in product roadmap development, and supporting the product development lifecycle. Using excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, this role will serve as a key contributor on a fast-paced, high-impact team. This person should be passionate about developing their institutional knowledge to become an asset in the organization.
Location: Remote, USA. The ideal candidate will be able to work east coast hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Role Objectives
- Review and triage incoming Salesforce tickets, escalating tickets as appropriate.
- Provide efficient and effective first-line support to end-users who’ve submitted Salesforce tickets, ensuring timely resolution of requests
- In collaboration with the Product Owner, manage the flow of work through the team.
- Contribute to the optimization of Kanban processes and best practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
Essential Functions
- Assess and prioritize Salesforce requests.
- Under the guidance of the Product Owner and Business Analyst, contribute to the elicitation, documentation and analysis of business requirements.
- Assign tickets to the appropriate team member and manage the flow of the ticket through the team.
- Contribute to testing efforts of Salesforce solutions.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements for the optimization of operational processes.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Desire to learn and grow in the role.
