Provides day-to-day support to field sales and relationship management teams, including sales directors and managers. Daily tasks vary, but include the following:

  • Research reporting requests, internal requests, marketing requests, and assists in creating procedures to assist in creating efficiencies
  • Manages projects, as needed in support of the HSA Bank Growth Team
  • Helps maintain data systems, set up webinar meetings, and coordinate events
  • Arranges for collateral and materials to be delivered to brokers/employer groups
  • Coordinates regional tradeshows for HSA Bank Growth Team
  • Handles payments, and works with the HSA Bank Legal Team for vendor contracting
  • Assists the Growth Enablement Team with demo environment and other various projects
  • Provides coverage, and responds to various inbox requests
  • Creates standard RFPs through automated software
  • Assists with training new colleagues to the team
  • Other tasks as assigned

Desired skills, education and experience as follows:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience providing support to remote team in a fast-paced environment
  • Can handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently with a high level of professionalism
  • Marketing background a plus

The estimated salary range for this position is $48,000.00USD to $52,000.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
