What You’ll Do 

The Sales Support Associate is responsible for entering and maintaining customer account information for orders, contacting customers for missing order specifications, and driving customer service workflow. The individual candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. This person will have a passion for providing excellent customer service support, and a keen attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of customer service and offers future growth and advancement potential. The Associate will also be responsible for:

  • Daily communication with customers, Territory Managers, and Regional Sales Managers regarding questions pertaining to quote requests or missing product information on RFQ’s and orders.
  • Maintain all databases with high level of accuracy and efficiency=
  • Initiate correspondence to ensure prompt resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers
  • Exceed department standards and goals

Who You Are

  • Associates Degree or a High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a Customer Service or a Sales Support role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Commitment to providing superior customer service
  • Demonstrates effective teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work flexible work hours and overtime if needed
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce.com preferred but not required
