Back Office Betties a boutique virtual receptionist service for law firms in the United States and Canada. Our clients rely on us to be the first impression and the voice of their law firm. Law firms invest a lot of money in Back Office Betties in order to provide their own callers with a world-class customer service experience, meaning that we must continually be the best at what we do. Our Legal Intake Specialists go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service through detailed call handling instructions, scheduling appointments, answering FAQ’s, taking messages and transferring calls.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative who is a real hunter and will work independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed revenue goals. Our Sales Representative oversees bringing in new client accounts and represents the entire range of company products leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring customersâ needs and expectations are met by the company. The market demand is large, and you are the type of person that can make things happen and reach new levels of success!
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to ensure the company meets its revenue objectives by growing new accounts.
- Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back-to-Back Office Bettiesâ products and service stacks.
- Hunt and research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell and close.
- Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for Back Office Betties’ offerings.
- Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
- Increase Back Office Bettiesâ sales volume and deal size and close large volumes of deals.
- Accurately and regularly update the CRM system with the latest customer information and use customer intelligence for organizing and strategizing prospecting efforts because you know it is your bread and butter!
- Perform account reviews with specific to your customers to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic sales planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones on an annual basis.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

- You must reside in AZ, NV, TX or FL.
- Minimum 3 years proven success in sales.Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field OR 5 years proven success in sales
- Experience balancing outbound activities and inbound leads
- Familiarity with CRM databases required, Salesforce or Zoho preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Experience selling CCaaS and/or experience selling professional services into the legal space would be awesome but not a must
- Quiet home office space (background noise such as pets or children may lead to termination)
- Internet speeds of 75+ MBPS (Visit Fast.com to check. CenturyLink is a banned ISP due to the unreliability of their network)
- âA wired Ethernet connection. Wifi is a security risk and can also cause a spotty connection.
