Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Fully commission-based with uncapped earning potential
- Comprehensive paid sales training program provided
- Must have permanent residency in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily with urgency, care, and expertise
- Convert potential customers into subscribers using effective listening, solution-based selling, and objection handling
- Use provided hardware/software (laptop, headset, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft applications, Five9 adapter) to document calls and sales activities
- Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and commitment to achieving sales goals
- Maintain a competitive spirit and strong work ethic, handling at least 75 sales calls per 8.5-hour shift
- Participate in video meetings, team events, and individual coaching sessions with sales leadership
Requirements
- Passion for sales and helping customers; call center experience preferred
- Strong rapport-building skills to create sincere and ethical customer connections
- Competitive drive to meet and exceed personal and company sales targets
- Computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of background check, employment history verification, and drug screening
