Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based)
- Paid weekly with bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
- Sort and filter Excel data sets to identify client accounts best suited for settlement negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with creditors, collection agencies, and debt buyers
- Track and organize negotiation outcomes for future reference
- Follow up on active accounts to ensure progress and resolution
- Calculate settlement payment options based on client budgets
- Communicate efficiently with creditors via phone, email, and fax
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client activity and negotiations
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years of relevant experience in negotiations, collections, or customer service preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills required
- Strong math ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- Debt Pay Pro software experience a plus
- Highly motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
