I. Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Specialist, under the direction of the Sales Enablement Manager, will be responsible for developing, and delivering sales enablement content in targeted market areas as well as broad corporate rollouts throughout the entire sales organization. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and ability to accurately identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to develop and deliver relevant, performance improving content by leveraging close, high-trust relationships with our internal partners.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
- Works with the Instructional Designer to create and customize sales training materials.
- Assist the Sales Enablement Manager with conducting needs analyses for Market Area performance improvement requests.
- Leads sales onboarding and orientation.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement Manager, and other Sales Enablement Specialists, to collaboratively perform cause analyses.
- Delivers sales presentations and training to the sales organization.
- Track and catalog training content, interventions implemented, and results achieved in a central repository.
- Proactively seek out continual education opportunities in the areas of coaching and consultation.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in marketing, advertising, journalism or related degree; or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience: Five (5) years of previous experience leading a marketing function (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
- None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Experience creating training collateral for sales teams.
- Experience working consultatively with sales leaders.
- Experience delivering highly engaging, high impact enablement resources and training for sales audience.
- Understand recent sales enablement trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies.
- Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions.
- Ability to analyze performance and skill set of sales teams to determine needs for additional training to close skill gaps.
- Adept at building relationships, influencing others, problem solving and offering pragmatic solutions.
- Strong influencing and organization skills are essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience distilling key concepts and presenting them to decision-makers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), SharePoint.
