Schedule

Responsibilities
- Contact customers to share product or service information, promote offerings, or solicit donations
- Qualify leads via phone and update CRM records
- Coordinate, confirm, and reschedule customer appointments
- Make collection calls, resolve outstanding payments, and update billing details following scripted guidance
- Conduct and monitor customer surveys, compile results, and prepare reports
- Address support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead-generation activities with sales goals
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely communication across all channels
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or certificate program
- 1+ year of sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
- Excellent phone, email, and chat communication skills
- Solid organization and time management
- Comfortable with CRM systems, cloud tools, and desktop-sharing platforms
- Proficient with MS Office and similar productivity tools
- Familiar with online calendars such as Google Calendar
- Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented
