As Seller Support Associate, you will be a key contributor in a support function to our current Grailed power sellers, as well as play a pivotal role in the onboarding of new sellers. Reporting into our Manager of Seller Success, you will get invaluable experience supporting multiple facets of the supply organization.

As Part-Time Seller Support Associate, you will:

  • Manage inbound power seller requests and act as a liason to cross-functionally deliver requests back to sellers
  • Support onboarding of new sellers including but not limited to: uploading of items into Grailed back end, account set-up, authentication, and partnership
  • Generate reports and perform data gathering to contribute to the strategic efforts of the supply organization (evaluating competitors, market trends, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within project trackers, CRM systems, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team including but not limited to: putting together briefing docs, purchasing & managing inventory, managing meetings (e.g. conference call set up, agendas, etc.), coordinating shipping needs & deliveries, filing expenses, etc.
  • Support build-out of sales enablement collateral (e.g. pitch decks) for current/potential seller prospects
  • Deliver ad hoc strategic projects and data requests

  • Self-starter who is solutions-oriented, thrives under pressure, and enjoys fast-paced work; able to function in high velocity iterative environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be comfortable engaging with and building rapport with internal and external partners
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Great phone demeanor and professionalism
  • Familiar with the streetwear, fashion, luxury or resale market
  • Possess a strong attention to detail; organized and punctual
  • Ability to achieve and maintain individual goals

The following are a plus:

  • Previous experience in a startup or a business in hyper-growth mode
  • Familiar with the Grailed app and feel comfortable providing advice on best practices
  • Familiar with BI tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker, or similar)
