Schedule
- Remote (Work From Home)
- Hiring states only: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida
- Bilingual French/English preferred (currently hiring bilingual speakers)
- After-hours emergency road service environment (fast response expectations)
What You’ll Do
- Locate breakdown sites across the U.S. and Canada using mapping tools, even with minimal details
- Coordinate tire replacement and roadside support with fleets, dealers, and technicians via phone and email
- Follow detailed customer profiles and specifications to ensure accurate product replacement
- Answer inquiries about products, ETAs, and service updates with urgency and professionalism
- Enter critical information accurately while on live calls
- Verify tire sizes and breakdown details before transmitting to servicing shops
- Catch errors and key details inside large blocks of text and customer notes
- Learn customer specs quickly to handle emergency requests efficiently
What You Need
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute consistently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to spot mistakes
- Fluent in English
- Self-managed work ethic
