Schedule
- Remote, US-based
- Standard business hours in EST or CST
- Core working hours: 12 pm–5 pm EST, Monday–Friday
- Up to 10% travel may be required
What You’ll Do
- Support onboarding and training for revenue teams, maintaining LMS modules, live sessions, and structured learning paths
- Manage and create enablement content, including SOPs, training decks, and customer-facing sales collateral
- Provide sales tech support and guidance on tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Calendly
- Document processes, optimize workflows, and identify opportunities for scalable improvements
- Track program effectiveness, analyze performance data, and gather feedback to improve enablement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and resources
- Build trusted relationships with reps to provide tailored support and coaching materials
What You Need
- 2–4+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles (fast-paced or high-growth experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident leading training sessions
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; design tools (Canva, Adobe) or e-learning platforms are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or Outreach
- Adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to support others in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)

This role offers a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
