Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Fully remote (occasional travel for meetings, training, or conferences)

Responsibilities

  • Use Paychex’s Go-to-Market Strategy to uncover client needs and present retirement solutions
  • Meet with prospects and referral partners (in person or virtually) to drive new 401(k) business
  • Prospect via phone, email, seminars, client visits, and local marketing efforts
  • Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and account data in the CRM system
  • Provide a strong professional presence to clients and community partners
  • Stay current on technical product knowledge, competition, and sales skills
  • Ensure smooth onboarding through accurate paperwork and adherence to procedures
  • Refer products appropriately when outside your scope
  • Support partner meetings and educate teams on retirement service offerings
  • Resolve client concerns promptly to support retention and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Active Series 6 license (required)
  • Active Series 63 license (required)
  • SIE certification (required)

  • Base pay range: $70,000 to $86,000
    (Total compensation may exceed this range depending on commission, experience, and geography.)
