Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States
- Standard weekday schedule with flexibility for virtual collaboration
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year plus performance bonus
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of low-spend accounts.
- Drive retention through proactive outreach, product education, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Implement organized, repeatable processes to maximize customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Partner with Finance to resolve disputes, escalations, and payment issues.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and guide accounts toward renewal decisions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Educate customers on platform resources to ensure ongoing value.
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high volumes of repetitive outreach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred.
- Experience using technology tools (Hubspot experience a plus).
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on retention and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
