Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role within the United States
  • Standard weekday schedule with flexibility for virtual collaboration
  • Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year plus performance bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of low-spend accounts.
  • Drive retention through proactive outreach, product education, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Implement organized, repeatable processes to maximize customer satisfaction and renewals.
  • Partner with Finance to resolve disputes, escalations, and payment issues.
  • Monitor customer health, identify risks, and guide accounts toward renewal decisions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Educate customers on platform resources to ensure ongoing value.

What You Need

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high volumes of repetitive outreach.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred.
  • Experience using technology tools (Hubspot experience a plus).
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
