Schedule

  • Remote (U.S.)
  • 8-hour shifts scheduled within 5:00am–7:00pm Pacific Time
  • 1 Saturday per month required

What You’ll Do

  • Own relationships with assigned Pros who are requesting to cancel or are at risk of canceling
  • Take live transfer cancellation calls and make outbound calls to at-risk accounts
  • Use consultative selling to uncover the real reasons behind cancellation intent
  • Coach Pros through options and objection-handle with empathy and clarity
  • Troubleshoot in real time to remove blockers and resolve issues when appropriate
  • Build a clear 30-day path forward to help Pros realize value after a save
  • Follow up after successful saves to ensure outcomes are being achieved
  • Support billing-related retention work, including payment updates and recovery of failed payments

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
  • 1+ year of full-time sales or retention experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed metrics and KPIs
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills, especially in tough conversations
  • Empathy, curiosity, and the ability to listen and adapt in real time
  • Experience using AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency
