Schedule
Remote, full-time role (United States). Compensation is $21.17–$33.60/hour (includes base and potential performance bonus), with a stated base of $23.52/hour and earning potential up to $33.60/hour through commission/performance bonus. Must be able to work an 8-hour shift within 5am–7pm PST and work 1 Saturday per month.
What You’ll Do
- Own relationships with assigned Pros who are requesting cancellation or are at risk of canceling
- Take live transfer calls from Support for Pros requesting cancellation
- Make outbound calls to a book of business of at-risk Pros
- Use curiosity and consultative selling to uncover true cancellation drivers
- Coach Pros through their options so they can make informed decisions for their business
- Resolve issues in real time when appropriate to remove blockers and improve outcomes
- Create a clear 30-day path forward after a save to help Pros realize value
- Follow up after successful saves to confirm Pros are getting the outcomes they expected
- Support billing-related retention work, including updating payment info and recovering failed payments
What You Need
- 1+ year of full-time sales or retention experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed metrics and KPIs
- Strong consultative selling and objection handling skills
- Empathy, curiosity, and strong listening with the ability to adapt in real time
- Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency of work
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
