Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET
  • Weekend rotation required
  • Equipment provided (laptop + headset)
  • Paid sales training completed from home

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls daily with urgency, care, and professionalism
  • Retain customers by resolving issues and preventing voluntary disconnects
  • Renegotiate agreement terms and coordinate repricing for eligible customers
  • Manage retention support through phone, email, and other inbound communication
  • Use active listening, empathy, and ownership to drive outcomes
  • Assess customer needs, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Make independent decisions within guidelines to resolve concerns
  • Consistently work toward and achieve sales/retention targets
  • Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and time management

What You Need

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Call center experience with proven ability to generate sales/meet targets
  • Strong rapport-building skills and an ethical, customer-first approach
  • Competitive, goal-driven, coachable mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable multitasking and working independently
  • Ability to pass background/employment history check and drug screening
  • Residency required in one of these states only: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, TX
