Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Hourly rate: $17.00 per hour
- Flexible hours with overtime available
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and mail from customers regarding equipment, shipments, and complaints.
- Place outbound calls to arrange the return of company rental equipment.
- Clarify issues, research solutions, and resolve or escalate unresolved problems.
- Document calls, update customer files, and maintain detailed records.
- Follow scripts and protocols to answer questions and provide accurate information.
- Attempt to retain clients who may cancel services by offering alternatives.
- Track trends, report concerns, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain access to sensitive materials with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support other projects and duties as assigned.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0+ years of customer service or equivalent experience (training provided)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
