Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote (must reside in DE, FL, IA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, ME, NE, ND, NJ, PA, RI, SD, TX, or WI)
  • Standard business hours with flexibility for client needs
  • Participation in inbound calling contact center rotation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT clients via phone, email, and system alerts
  • Assess problem severity, log details, and create service requests in ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and remediate Tier 1 issues including basic break/fix and move/add/change requests
  • Provide timely updates to clients on issue status and estimated resolution times
  • Assign service requests to the appropriate resource when escalation is needed
  • Verify functionality of systems and applications post-resolution
  • Maintain accurate client contact and database information
  • Document work thoroughly and follow established operational best practices
  • Attend required team and company meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma plus 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree
  • Previous IT/help desk experience preferred
  • Strong customer service abilities and phone communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and collaboration tools
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through to resolve tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-oriented team environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $19.94 – $29.92 + bonus opportunities
  • Compensation based on skill level, experience, and education
