What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to help customers resolve overdue balances or arrange collateral surrender.
- Educate customers on account details, fees, credit reporting, and payment options.
- Coordinate repossessions with distributors and district managers.
- Negotiate fair sale prices for repossessed items.
- Record account updates in company systems and process payments.
- Ensure compliance with collection policies and legal requirements.
What You Need
- High school diploma and 2–5 years of collections/repossession experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
