The Amplify Data Governance team is looking for a Reporting Quality Assurance Specialist. This role is responsible for helping the business increase the accuracy, efficiency and quality of our data used to make business decisions. You will be defining and implementing inspection activities of all reports derived from the Data Analytics team. This includes the constant monitoring of report and dashboard real time data on a periodic basis to ensure reporting standards are met based on Data Governance guidelines. The Reporting Quality Assurance Specialist requires someone who has an acute attention to detail, strong communication skills, data reporting and collection experience, analytical with organizational skills to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Consistent monitoring, recording, reviewing and interpretation of data to ensure quality, accuracy and identify improvements needed.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to build or update reports as needed.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Amplify’s data tables available for analysis and guide/educate staff members.
- Present issues/risks/outliers as identified to essential team members.
- Prepare timely and accurate feedback on inspection results.
- Regular cadence report auditing and project planning
- Maintaining awareness of current industry trends, technology and developments.
- Assist in crafting policies and processes in collaboration with the Data Governance Associate Manager.
- Coordinate with vital team members on Data Governance reporting policies for consistency and alignment of reports/dashboards.
- Complete additional duties and special projects to ensure the business is operating efficiently and in compliance with current regulations.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, and/or
- 2 years experience in a relevant field
- Additional distinctions or certifications desired (Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, Quality Improvement Associate)
- Knowledge of QA terms, tools, methodologies
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth skills of identifying standard methodologies, creating policies and comprehension in current analytical tools.
- Exceptional research, planning, problem-solving, critical thinking and mathematical skills
- Experience and proficiency in analyzing structured and unstructured data
- Excellent presentation, teamwork, and organization skills
- Able to know the context of the business situation at hand with regards to data and able to predict questions and challenges to assumptions and conclusions.
